On developing our model for professional nursing care, we concentrated our focus on the recognition that \u2013 compared to our nursing staff \u2013 our patients are in a completely different situation. The patient is continually in a position of having to receive our help. Hence it is important that the relationship between nurse and patient is not one determined in any way by the concepts of \u201esuperiority\u201d or \u201epower\u201d.

This relationship should indeed be a \u201eneutral\u201d one, which requires the cooperation of both nurse and patient. Our aim is to reach complete satisfaction for our patients and their family members, at all times treating them with esteem and great respect.<\/p>

We are committed to this not only by Articles 3 and 4 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also by the European Equal Treatment Act which came into effect in 2006. This yields an obligation to respect each individual\u00b4s human dignity and to treat one another in a respectful manner. Our nursing processes are indeed characterised by such human devotion and respect. Based on modern nursing skills and taking into account the financial considerations, we strive to enable our patients to stay independent in their own familiar surroundings for as long as is possible and to make their life at home both a safe and pleasant one.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pflegeleitbild Im Mittelpunkt des Pflegeleitbildes steht die Erkenntnis, dass sich die Patienten \u2013 im Vergleich zum Pflegepersonal \u2013 in einer v\u00f6llig anderen Position befinden. Der Patient\/die Patientin sind stets gezwungen, Hilfe annehmen zu m\u00fcssen. Dies wiederum bedeutet, dass die Beziehung zwischen Pflegenden und Patienten nicht von Begriffen wie \u201eHerrschaft\u201d und \u201eMacht\u201d bestimmt sein darf. Die Beziehung soll \u201eneutral\u201d sein, und dies setzt die Kooperation von Pflegenden und Patienten voraus. Unser Ziel ist die Zufriedenheit des Patienten und seiner Angeh\u00f6rigen, denen wir mit Achtung und Respekt begegnen. Dazu verpflichten uns nicht nur Artikel 3 und 4 des Grundgesetzes bzw. die Verfassung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, sondern auch das Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AAG) aus dem Jahr 2006. Daraus ergibt sich eine Verpflichtung zur Achtung der individuellen W\u00fcrde des Einzelnen, zum respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Unser pflegerisches Handeln ist gepr\u00e4gt von menschlicher Zuwendung und Achtung vor dem Menschen. Auf der Grundlage der aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Kenntnisse und unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen wollen wir dem Patienten so lange wie m\u00f6glich ein Leben in seiner gewohnten Umgebung erm\u00f6glichen und den Aufenthalt dort sicher und angenehm gestalten.
